Healthy Life Choices APP provides basic Information on health which is downloadable for free. The basic information explains the role that each nutrient plays in the body and how they interact with the metabolic functions of the body where applicable.

The purpose of the free download is to emphasize the importance of adding supplements to our daily diet. The premium information covers advance principles related to the metabolic processes that can be leveraged to achieve optimal health and physical performance.
